Order Procedure
Search
Find the product you are looking for on the internet or through
our shopping guide, or let us know what you are looking for so
we can find it for you.
Request
Once you know what you want, please provide us with the following information in
our online form:
1. Your full name
2. Your e-mail address
3. Your postal address
4. Brand / maker of product
5. Model number of product
6. Quantity requested
7. Website where you saw the product (if possible, please paste a link to the
exact page into our form)
Upon receiving the above information, we will endeavor to get back to you with a
free estimate in 24 hours. If for some reason we are not able to provide the
estimate within this time frame, we will still contact you within 24 hours to let you
know that we have received your request.
Confirmation
Once you have received the estimate from us, please confirm that you would like
to purchase the product and also select your preferred shipping method. We will
then send you an invoice by email.
Payment
Once we confirm your payment has been made, we will proceed to purchase the
product on your behalf.
Delivery
We will carefully inspect and pack each product and despatch it to you within 3
business days of receiving payment (subject to availability of product). Once the
product has been shipped we will provide you with the tracking number of your
package by e-mail.
