Forwarding Services

Customers who need a shipping address in Japan are welcome to use our forwarding service. Japan Goods Finder charges a nominal fee for forwarding your packages to destinations outside of Japan. The charge for this service is calculated according to the weight of the package. There is no need to register or become a member with us in order to benefit from this service.

The service charge does not include international shipping charges. Please refer to the table below for more information. In order to keep shipping costs low, we also offer a combined shipping service for an additional 800 yen, in which we combine items from more than one order (forwarding orders only), to be shipped internationally as one package.

Order Procedure

• Fill out the Forwarding Service Form.
• You will receive a shipping address in Japan and a free quote including shipping to the e-mail you specified.
• After receiving payment, we will proceed to ship the package and will provide you with the tracking number of your package by e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE

• Every package will be opened for customs purposes.
• We cannot forward prohibited items, such as: explosives, acid, batteries, agricultural products, radioactive goods, guns, gun parts, aerosols, etc.
• *Additional charges for repackaging, combining orders (Forwarding only) and transfer fees may apply.
• Japan Goods Finder can keep your package for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days we will charge 3,000 yen per week for storage.
• We cannot accept any packages through COD payment without prior notification and agreement.
