Our main delivery method is EMS (Express Mail Service), the fastest international express postal service available. EMS has offices in most countries and packages usually arrive within one week (please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times).

All of our products are shipped from Japan. Products are carefully packed to avoid any damage. We ship every day. Products are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

EMS costs are determined by the destination and weight of goods, therefore rates will vary depending on order details. Shipping costs will be clearly annotated in all invoices.

The average delivery time for most destinations is 4 to 6 days. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to a few weeks. In this instance we are unable to assist and customers must contact their local EMS office or postal service for details.

The customer is responsible for any additional customs taxes and fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

EMS parcels must be signed for on delivery. In the case that no one is at the specified address to receive the parcel, a slip will be left that indicates an attempted delivery and the parcel must then be picked up in person by the customer or a second delivery attempt arranged. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the amount of time their local post office will hold an unclaimed parcel before returning it to the sender. We will not cover re-shipping costs and must recover this amount before we will send the order again.

All parcels sent via EMS are insured for up to 20,000 yen. If an item is worth more than this and the customer would like the package to be insured for the full amount, it is the customer’s responsibility to request this to Japan Goods Finder. In the case that a parcel is lost or damaged during the shipping process, JGF is not responsible for refunding any amount over the amount insured.

Additional Shipping Services

For customers who need their goods urgently or who live in countries that do not have an EMS office, we are more than happy to arrange to ship orders with companies such as Fedex or UPS, provided all additional costs are covered by the customer.
