Over the weekend the stars gathered with Tokyo’s elite at the Audi Red Passion Party as Birkin’s three-day visit came to an end. Birkin said in her speech during the party, “I’d like to thank the Japanese for their kindness to me over the last 38 years. I absolutely love this country; the people here know me better than they know me in London. The affection I have for them, especially the women, is something very, very special.”
