Japanese Grand Prix motorcycle road racer Shinya Nakano has again leant his design talents to helmet maker 56Design. Nakano is known for his easily recognizable helmets with cartoon-like eyes on the front. This time he created two renditions. One has bright red lines that intersect to form an eye-catching star. The other, a limited edition created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 56Design, features shiruken, also known as ninja stars. The left side of the helmet has a blue shiruken, while the right side shows a red one. The colorful design is finished with neon green accents in the front, top and back. Nakano’s helmets never last long in stores, so order your favorite before it’s gone for good.
